T-VIRUS Shit

1 shot of Everclear

1 shot of white rum

Twizzler (blue and green)

It’s very simple, just apply the twizzler in a spiral first. Then mix in your liquors (preferably in a mixer tin so the flavors meld) then boom! Get injected!

For what it is worth. Seattle Washington was badass.

Back to the Bricks, this big thing with cars that happens every year here. I was bar hopping and street gawkin, I saw this ridic level hot blonde Alternative looking chick. I took my shot, straightened up my Fauxhawk and began my pursuit to “Get. Dem.Digits.” Before I open my mouth to say one of my epic ice breaking liners A friend of mine swoops in and games her up, They walk out to hit another spot and he looks back at me with the Troll grin and says “U Mad?”

1 sugar cube

3 dashes Angostura bitters

club soda

2 1/2 ounces Jim Beam

champagne

absinthe

Instructions:

This is a personal favorite of mine though a pricey one (usually over $10 in most bars) but if you want to splurge a bit I suggest it. I usually make this one when I’m conducting parties at my place. anyway, this drink isn’t that hard to do. Some people feel iffy about drinks that require muddlers and sugar cubes and shit..But this is stuff needed to be a proper Bartender or home bartender. Anywho, take a “Old Fashioned Glass” Small glass or think what The Dude drank out of (if you don’t know who that is then jump off of a bridge) put 1 sugar cube in there and dash 4-5 drops of Angostura Bitters If you’re wondering what the hell that is, Well google it, basically it’s like a flavor enhancer like Accent or MSG for drinks (But wont kill you like the other stuff)Add a splash of Club Soda Then Muddle the ingredients. Here is where it gets technical. Tip the glass on its side and rotate so it lines the glass with sugar grain. Add a large Ice Cube and Pour Jim Beam into the glass, fill the rest with White Champagne and on top of that Float a small amount of Absinthe

There you have it. A Barbossa. The Absinthe kicks in a small psychodelic buzz with the beam (if you’ve ever had absinthe then you know what I’m talking about.

Side note, Yes my recipes can be a bit long winded…but I like to type personality into everything that I do so oh well :-D Enjoy

2 oz. Red breast Whiskey

1/2 oz. Grand Marnier

Dash of Grenadine

1 Egg White.

Instructions:

I know what you’re thinking “Ew, egg whites?!” But you guys gotta know that egg whites can totally enhance the flavor and the “Top” of a drink, try an old school whiskey sour with an egg white one of these days and it will be a revelation to you, I promise!

The recipe itself is simple. Take a cocktail glass, ice it up and fill that with water. What you’re doing right now is chilling your fancy pants cocktail glass. Now while that is cooling, fill a shaker with ice, and pop each of those ingredients inside. If you’re wondering how to successfully produce an egg white then it’s simple. crack an egg into your hand and let the “whites” drip in between your fingers into the tin. Now that the technical stuff is over, shake that shit hard. The idea is that you want to “Bruise” the ice so it leaves little ice flecks in the drink. Now your glass should be nice and frosty, dump the H20 and strain the drink into the glass. When its all said and done it should look like this.

It’s awesome, if you find a bar that has egg whites, this is a must.

1/2 oz lemon juice

Instructions:

Easy Peasy, mix all items into a pint glass and shake, Put a flag garnish in it (a cherry wrapped in between an orange) and serve.

1 1/2 oz: Maker’s Mark

1/2 Oz: Triple Sec

2 lemon slices (squeezed)

Ginger Ale

Instructions.

Take a Pint glass, fill with ice, pour Maker’s Mark, Triple-Sec and Lemon Juice, Cover with shaker tin, Shake. Fill with Ginger Ale.

Now thats Effin’ refreshing!
